After the few I did in comments, and then the break for CFUD, I'd been sort of pathologically avoiding them, which is... never a good sign for quality drabbles. But then suddenly yesterday I wanted to do them again, so I did all the rest last night and today! Don't look at me, guys. I don't even know. Maybe I should try and magically finish everything else on my list before I snap out of it.

Someday, someday, I will learn to actually write these things ahead of time. I totally tried, with this one! I wrote the beginning of this prompt weeks ago! Only, last night I realized I had no idea where it was going the way it was, and that the beginning needed to be totally different, and also that the PoV needed to change. >_> And then the new story ended up being 1k+ words, of which maybe 100 were taken from the original draft.

But I like it now! Even the title! ^___^

And at 7 contributions, Baccano! made the list of the top 5 fandoms! It shares the list with Stargate Atlantis, FFVII, FFXII, and Crossovers, and just edges out Kingdom Hearts. (We can also note that four of the crossovers contained Baccano!, too.) Good job, homemade fandom! :D
