The reveal for this round of yaoi_challenge was last night. Yay! I really like the anonymous format, and there's still a lot of fics from the last-minute rush that I still need to read. But this important part of this post is that I'm posting links to the fics that I wrote.

A Complication. FFVII:AC, Loz/Yazoo. This one was for starherd, who requested Loz/Yazoo smut, possibly with them messing with others. She also mentioned that Rude needed more love. Love is perhaps not quite what Rude gets in this, but... y'know. The first reaction I had upon seeing this one was panic that I had to write the triplets. That lasted about five seconds before I started forming ideas for a Loz/Yazoo perving-on-Rude fic. ^_^ I had a lot of fun with this one, and it was definitely stretching my comfort zone.

Some Days. Bleach, Ishida/Ichigo. For mistressrenet, who gave the prompt "Ishida and Ichigo's terrible, awful, no-good, very bad day gets a little better." No smut in this one, just fluff and snark. What was is odd is that this one was actually a lot harder to write, despite the fact that it's a pairing I'm lots more familiar with and had nothing really experimental in it. *shrug*

Overall, I enjoyed myself a lot. I did change my ad significantly for the V-day challenge based on things I learned from this round, though. I'm signed on for two fics for that one, and am really looking forward to writing them and also seeing what everyone else comes up with. ^__^
